Make the Blind Good ( poker )
The situation in which a player has one of the various traveling blinds, dealer
blind, middle blind, or big blind, someone has opened the pot, and the holder
of the blind calls the opening bet, usually with a marginal hand, and with
the intention of "protecting" his investment (operating under the
fallacious theory that the chip or chips he has put into the pot prior to
the deal in the form of the blind still belong to him).
