Irregularity ( poker )


1) Any breach of the house rules, intentional or not, such as discarding out of turn,
announcing one's intentions out of turn, misdealing, and so on.

2) Something that might cause an imperfect deck, such as flawed cards
that might make the deck unintentionally marked.
